一、学校概况
青岛幼儿师范高等专科学校是经教育部备案、山东省政府批准设立的全日制公办普通高等专科学校。学校坐落于山东青岛胶州湾北岸，地处中国—上海合作组织地方经贸合作示范区核心区，毗邻胶东国际机场和青岛北站，地理位置优越，交通便利，各式建筑错落有致，环境优雅。学校占地面积503亩，总规划建筑面积43万平方米，规划办学规模12000人。
Qingdao Preschool Education College is a full-time public regular higher vocational college, officially approved by the People’s Government of Shandong Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. Located on the northern bank of Jiaozhou Bay in Qingdao, Shandong Province, the college sits at the core area of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone. Adjacent to Jiaodong International Airport and Qingdao North Railway Station, it enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, with well-arranged buildings and an elegant environment. The college covers a total area of 503 mu (approximately 334,667 square meters) and has a planned total construction area of 430,000 square meters. Its designed enrollment scale is 12,000 students.
二、特色专业简介
（一）软件技术专业
软件技术专业2023年设立，拥有18人师资团队，含教授1人、副教授5人、讲师3人、助教7人及企业兼职教师2人。作为校级高水平软件技术专业群核心专业，建有基础实训室5间、数字信创工坊1间、鸿蒙实训室1间、软件工作室1间、信创实训中心6个、生产性实训基地4个及校级技能大师工作室1个。与华为、360等领军企业深度合作，共建数字安全运营中心，获批华为ICT学院资质、新华三ICT学院资质，年培训超2000人次。围绕“职业认知力、岗位胜任力、核心竞争力”进阶式岗位能力导向的人才培养主线，紧跟软件技术前沿，将人工智能技术融入课程体系，通过项目和竞赛驱动、参与教师课题等方式，锤炼学生实践能力，激发创造力。2024年学生首次参加并获山东省职业院校技能大赛二等奖1项，在国家级、省级的各类专业竞赛中获奖90余项。2025年，学生在高水平赛事中持续突破，在中国大学生计算机设计大赛、第十六届蓝桥杯全国软件和信息技术专业人才大赛全国总决赛中获国赛奖项10 项，在第十九届建设银行“挑战杯”山东省大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛中获省赛奖项1项，充分彰显了专业人才培养质量与学生综合素养。
Established in 2023, the Software Technology program is supported by a faculty team of 15 members, including 1 professor, 5associate professors, 3lecturers, 7teaching assistants, and 2 industry part-time instructors. As the core program of the college-level high-standard Software Technology cluster, it is equipped with extensive training facilities: 5 fundamental training labs, 1 digital innovation workshop, 1 HarmonyOS lab, 1 software studio, 6 information innovation training centers, 4 production-oriented training bases, and 1 college-level skill master studio.
The program maintains deep collaboration with leading enterprises such as Huawei and 360, jointly establishing a digital security operations center. It has been accredited as a Huawei ICT Academy and an H3C ICT Academy, providing training to over 2,000 individuals annually.
Guided by a progressive talent development model focused on “professional awareness, job competence, and core competitiveness,” the program stays at the forefront of software technology and integrates artificial intelligence technology into the curriculum system. Meanwhile it hones students’ practical abilities and stimulates their creativity through project and competition-driven approaches as well as participation in teachers’ research projects.
In 2024, students made their debut in the Shandong Province Vocational Students Skills Competition winning one second prize. We have received more than 90 awards in national and provincial contests as well. The year 2025 saw further breakthroughs in high-level competitions, with 10 national awards in the China Collegiate Computing Design Competition and the 16th “Lanqiao Cup” National Software & IT Talent Competition, plus one provincial award in the 19th CCB “Challenge Cup” Shandong College Students Academic & Scientific Works Contest. These outstanding results fully demonstrate the program’s education quality and the comprehensive capabilities of its students..
（二）跨境电子商务专业
跨境电子商务专业2023年开始招生，在校生289人，与启迪教育投资（北京）有限公司校企合作培养86人（占比30%）。专兼任教师31人，含全国技术能手2人、省级技能大师及技术能手5人，实现双师型教师全覆盖，91%具有行业从业经验。
专业以服务上合示范区现代贸易中心建设为导向，构建供应链运营专业群，牵头成立青岛上合跨境电商产业园产教联合体。与利群集团等10家企业共建产业学院1个、校外实训基地8个，开发生产性实训项目4个。创新工学交替、校企双元育人模式，通过真实生产性项目推动课岗融合，重点培养学生跨境电商平台运营和创新实践能力。
The Cross-Border E-Commerce Major launched its enrollment in 2023. Currently, it has 289 on-campus students, among whom 86 (accounting for 30%) are cultivated through school-enterprise cooperation with Qidi Education Investment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The major boasts a teaching team of 31 full-time and part-time teachers, including 2 national technical experts and 5 provincial-level skill masters and technical experts. All teachers are “dual-qualified” (with both teaching qualifications and industry experience), and 91% of them have practical experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry.
Guided by the goal of serving the construction of the modern trade center in the SCO Demonstration Zone, the major has built a supply chain operation professional cluster and taken the lead in establishing the Qingdao SCO Cross-Border E-Commerce Industrial Park Industry-Education Consortium. It has jointly established 1 industrial college and 8 off-campus practical training bases with 10 enterprises including Liqun Group, and developed 4 productive practical training projects. The major has innovated the “work-study alternation” model and the school-enterprise dual-cooperation talent cultivation model. By relying on real productive projects, it promotes the integration of courses and job positions, with a focus on cultivating students’ abilities in cross-border e-commerce platform operation and innovative practice.
（三）首饰设计与工艺专业
首饰设计与工艺专业是学校重点打造的时尚创意服务类专业，核心课程包含首饰设计绘图、电脑辅助首饰设计、首饰制作工艺、AIGC首饰数字艺术等。学生可套读中国地质大学（武汉）珠宝学院宝石及材料工艺学本科（自考）进行学历提升，可考取中国地质大学（武汉）珠宝学院GIC系列证书、中国轻工珠宝首饰中心珠宝首饰类技能证书，进行专业技能提升。主要面向珠宝首饰行业、工艺美术品行业的首饰设计、贵金属首饰制作和工艺美术品设计加工等岗位群就业。采取校企双导师学徒制育人模式，与企业共同开发活页式教材、国家级精品课程。近年来，师生累计获得国家级、省级、市级等多个赛项奖项百余项。强大的师资团队、实训设备、企业支持为学生专业能力提升保驾护航。
As a key fashion and creative service major developed by the college, the Jewelry Design and Craft Major offers core courses including Jewelry Design Drawing, Computer-Aided Jewelry Design, Jewelry Making Technology, and AIGC Jewelry Digital Art. Students have the opportunity to pursue academic advancement by enrolling in the undergraduate program (self-taught higher education examinations) of Gemology and Material Technology at the Gemological Institute of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). For professional skill enhancement, they can obtain certifications such as the GIC Series Certificates issued by the Gemological Institute of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), as well as jewelry-related skill certificates from the China Light Industry Jewelry Center. The major prepares students for careers in job clusters across the jewelry industry and arts and crafts industry, such as jewelry design, precious metal jewelry making, and arts and crafts design & processing. Adopting a school-enterprise dual-tutor apprenticeship model, the major jointly develops “loose-leaf textbooks” and national excellent courses with cooperative enterprises. In recent years, teachers and students have won more than 100 awards in various national, provincial, and municipal competitions. A strong faculty team, advanced practical training equipment, and solid corporate support provide comprehensive guarantees for students to enhance their professional capabilities.
（四）中文专业
中文专业2026年开始招生，是青岛地区高职院校中独有的特色专业。专业聚焦国际中文应用与跨文化传播核心能力培育，为国际学生打造深度感知中国文化、顺利融入中国社会的优质学习实践平台。
专业开设现代汉语、中国现当代文学、应用文写作、新媒体平台运营与管理等核心课程，构建“语言基础+文化认知+职业技能”三位一体的特色课程体系。依托青岛中俏国际文化传播有限公司等优质校内外实训基地，深化与青岛出版集团等知名企事业单位的校企合作，旨在培养具备扎实中文语言功底，精通教育教学、新媒体传播等专业知识，兼具优良人文素养、跨文化沟通能力与创新意识的复合型人才。毕业生就业渠道广阔，可在海内外各类中小学、教育培训机构、政府涉外机构、社会团体及企事业单位，胜任国际中文教育、跨文化交流、宣传策划、行政文秘、新媒体编辑运营等相关岗位。
The Chinese Language major will start enrolling students in 2026 and is an exclusive characteristic major among higher vocational colleges in Qingdao. The major focuses on fostering core competencies in international Chinese application and cross-cultural communication, and provides a high-quality learning and practice platform for international students to deeply perceive Chinese culture and integrate smoothly into Chinese society.
The major offers core courses such as Modern Chinese, Modern and Contemporary Chinese Literature, Practical Writing, and New Media Platform Operation and Management, and has constructed a distinctive trinity curriculum system integrating "language foundation, cultural cognition, and professional skills". Based on high-quality on-campus and off-campus training bases including Qingdao Zhongqiao International Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., it deepens school-enterprise cooperation with well-known enterprises and public institutions such as Qingdao Publishing Group. It aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with solid Chinese language proficiency, mastery of professional knowledge in education and teaching, new media communication, as well as excellent humanistic literacy, cross-cultural communication capabilities, and innovative awareness. Graduates enjoy broad employment prospects and can be competent for relevant positions such as international Chinese education, cross-cultural communication, publicity and planning, administrative secretarial work, and new media editing and operation in various primary and secondary schools, educational and training institutions, government foreign-related agencies, social organizations, enterprises, and public institutions at home and abroad.
三、国际学生教育International Student Education
（一）非学历教育（语言进修）
Non-Degree Education (Language Studies)
主要包括综合汉语、听说训练、汉字写作等核心必修类课程，以及传统文化、现代社会等文化选修类课程。
The courses mainly include core compulsory courses such as Comprehensive Chinese, Listening and Speaking Training, and Chinese Character Writing, as well as cultural elective courses such as Traditional Culture and Modern Society.
申请条件：根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》，申请人需为持有效外国护照的非中国籍公民，年满17周岁，身心健康，对华友好，品行端正，无犯罪违法记录。
Requirements: In accordance with the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China, applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports. Aged at least 17 years old. In good physical and mental health. Friendly towards China, with good conduct and no criminal or illegal records.
申请时间：长期有效，随时申请。

（二）学历教育 Degree Education
申请条件：根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》，申请人需为持有有效外国护照的非中国籍公民，17-35周岁，具有高中学历，身心健康，对华友好，品行端正，无犯罪违法记录。
Requirements: In accordance with the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China, applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports. Aged between 17 and 35 years old. 四、留学费用Tuition Fees
（一）学费
1.非学历教育生：7000元/学年，4000元/学期。
2.学历教育学生：8000元/学年。
（二）其他费用
1.住宿费：2000元/学年/人，空调费：400元/学年/人，电费实用实收。
说明：宿舍为两人间，配有基本家具、饮水机等，楼层设有洗衣机。床上用品自理。入住时需缴纳住宿押金500元，离开时无物品损坏等情况发生，全部退还本人。
2.人身意外保险费：800元/学年
3.体检费、教材费等费用按实际产生的费用收取。
注：国际学生的学费缴纳方式及流程，将随录取通知书同步送达学生本人。因个人原因中途退学，学费不予退还。
(I) Tuition Fees
1. Non-Degree Education Students: ¥7,000 per academic year, ¥4,000 per semester.
2.Degree Education Students: ¥8,000 per academic year.
(II) Other Fees
1. Accommodation Fee: ¥2,000 per person per academic year. Air Conditioning Fee: ¥400 per academic year per person, Electricity Fee: charged based on actual consumption.
Note: Dormitories are 2-person rooms equipped with basic furniture, water dispensers, etc. Washing machines are available on each floor. Bedding (e.g., quilts, pillows, bed sheets) is to be prepared by students themselves. A accommodation deposit of ¥500 is required upon check-in, which will be fully refunded to the student when they check out, provided no damage to dormitory items occurs.
2.Personal Accident Insurance Fee: ¥800 per year
3.Other Fees for medical examination, textbooks, etc., are charged based on actual expenses incurred.
Note: The tuition payment details will be delivered to applicants along with the Admission Notice. No refund of tuition due to personal reasons will be available during study.
五、奖学金政策Scholarship Policies
（一）国际学生校长奖学金
国际学生校长奖学金奖励对象为学校攻读非学历教育中优秀的国际学生，奖励标准为每人每年5000元。
(I) International Students’ President Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to outstanding international students pursuing non-degree education at the college. The scholarship standard is ¥5,000 per student per academic year.
（二）优秀国际学生奖学金
优秀国际学生奖学金奖励对象为在学校攻读学历教育的国际学生。用于奖励德智体美劳全面发展、品学兼优、知华爱华友华的国际学生，分为一、二、三等奖学金。新生根据高中成绩单进行评定，在校生根据学年综合素质测评成绩评定，均一次性发放给学生。其中一等奖学金8000元，比例不超过国际学生总数的20%；二等奖学金6000元，比例不超过国际学生总数的30%；三等奖学金4000元，比例不超过国际学生总数的50%。优秀的国际学生每学年皆可申请。
(II) Outstanding International Students Scholarship
This scholarship is designated for international students pursuing degree education at the college, aiming to recognize and reward those who achieve all-round development in the “Five Areas” (morality, intellect, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor), excel in both academic performance and conduct, and possess a thorough understanding of China, affection for China, and friendship with the Chinese people. It is categorized into three tiers, with all awards distributed to students in a one-time lump sum each academic year: the first-tier scholarship is ¥8,000 (available to no more than 20% of the total international students), the second-tier is ¥6,000 (no more than 30%), and the third-tier is ¥4,000 (no more than 50%). Newly enrolled students are evaluated based on their high school academic transcripts, while current students are assessed according to their annual comprehensive quality evaluation results, and outstanding international students are eligible to apply for this scholarship every academic year.

（二）申请流程Application Process

七、签证信息Visa Information
1.已被录取的国际学生，请持录取通知书和外国留学人员来华确认表（JW201表或202表）或短期来华留学生信息表（DQ表）到中国大使馆或领事馆申请X1或X2签证。
1. Admitted international students shall apply for an X1 or X2 visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate with the Admission Notice and the Foreigner’s Application Form for Studying in China (Form JW201 or Form JW202) or the Information Form for Short-term International Students in China (Form DQ).
2.根据中国法律规定，持有效签证来华或返华的国际学生，必须在到达中国后24小时内办理临时住宿登记手续，否则无法办理新签证。
2. In accordance with Chinese laws, international students who enter or re-enter China with a valid visa must complete the temporary accommodation registration formalities within 24 hours of arrival; otherwise, they will not be able to apply for a new visa.
3.持X1签证入境的国际学生，需完成注册报到后换发居留许可签证。
3. International students who enter China with an X1 visa are required to apply for the replacement of their visa with a residence permit after completing the registration and enrollment procedures.
4.X1签证更换居留许可签证，需提交山东省（青岛）卫生检疫部门出具的合格的《外国人体格检查记录》。如持本国《外国人体格检查记录》，需到山东（青岛）指定的卫生检疫部门认证并通过审核。
4. To replace an X1 visa with a residence permit, applicants must submit a valid Foreigner Physical Examination Record issued by the health and quarantine authority of Shandong Province (Qingdao). If holding a Foreigner Physical Examination Record issued by their home country, they must have it certified and verified by the designated health and quarantine authority in Shandong (Qingdao).
5.居留许可签证有效期以青岛市出入境管理局核发的最终有效期限为准。
